MAHELI HELI now offers free returns for store credit on all full price items for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery or pick up notice. Although we do not offer refunds, we can accept your return for store credit or simply help you process an exchange.

• All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery or pick up notice.
• Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
• Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
• All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
• All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
• All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.

Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.

Exchanges 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process, then place a new order for the correct style or size.
