We know online shopping can be tricky so we’re here to help you get your order correct. If you don't love your kini or something doesn't fit right here's what you can do.
1. Fill out our return/exchange form on the back of the invoice you received and ship us back the items you would like to return or exchange. (within 7 days of delivery)
2. Avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ. To set up an appointment please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. If you wish to alter your Maheli Heli kini please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We love customizing your suits to fit YOU perfectly.
Maheli Heli gladly offers a 7 day return/exchange policy on all clean, unworn, and unwashed bikinis in perfect condition. Our return/exchange form can be found on the back of your receipt. All items must be folded properly and tags must be in place. Swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or is missing tags will be returned to the purchaser. If the products do not meet the conditions above, customers will not be issued credit. All clearance items and/or items bought during certain promotional sales are FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for any type of return.
• Items must leave customer’s hands within 7 days of receiving, to action a refund or store credit for exchange.
• Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund or exchange.
• If you wish to proceed with the refund you will be returned the full price value of the item/items minus the shipping cost of the order. Please note that if your order included free shipping we will deduct our shipping costs off your refund.
• Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in full with order number.
• Returns & exchanges are processed within 2 business days after item is received and checked. We will credit your original method of payment within 12 business days of receiving the returned item not including the shipping cost.
• A confirmation email containing all tracking information will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.
Please note that we are not offering international returns/exchanges at this time.

• Maheli Heli takes pride in assuring that each customer receives a perfect undamaged product. To assure this, all of our products go through an extensive quality control check before being shipped out.
• We can only accept returns/exchanges if the merchandise was purchased from this site.
