MAHELI HELI offers free returns for store credit on all full price items for U.S. customers within 14 days of the delivery or pick up notice. Although we do not offer refunds, we can accept your return for store credit or you can follow our Returns Page to process your exchange. Our suits are reversible, therefore we do not supply hygienic pads. We highly recommend trying on the suits with your undergarment or with protective pads in order to keep them in their original condition. We will reject any pieces that have been worn or soiled. No exceptions.

Each piece goes through a quality check before it is sent out.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery or ready for pick up date.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
- Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
- All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
- All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.
Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the exchange process on our Returns Page. Online direct exchanges will only be allowed if the item you choose to exchange is in stock. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, please select store credit and contact us to place your new order.

- If you’re a Miami local- avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ. We are located at 13280 SW 131 St #112 Miami, FL 33186. Monday - Friday 10AM to 5:30PM.
- Trust us to make your suit(s) fit just right. Come by our studio to get measured and we will alter your piece to fit you perfectly.
- We offer alterations on all MAHELI HELI bikinis for a small fee of $15 per piece, tops $20. If you wish to alter your suit(s) please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We LOVE customizing to make our suits fit YOU perfectly.
