Please note, Maheli Heli Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund, or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. Each piece goes through a quality check before it is sent out.

Eligibility for Returns:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
- Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
- All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
- All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
- All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% off are FINAL SALE.
- For items purchased using promotional codes 10-15% off, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process, then place a new order for the correct style or size.

- If you’re a Miami local- avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ.
- Trust us to make your suit(s) fit just right. Make an appointment to come into our studio for an alteration or fitting.
- We offer alterations on all MAHELI HELI bikinis. If you wish to alter your suit(s) please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We LOVE customizing to make our suits fit YOU perfectly.
