Here at MAHELI HELI we offer free domestic returns and exchanges for all regular priced items, purchased from this site, for store credit. As a small business, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase. With an array of styles, our ultimate goal is to make everyone feel confident and comfortable in their new suits. Our guidelines, and everything you need to know about our Returns/Exchange process is listed below.
Eligibility for returns or exchanges:
- All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
- Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
- All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE.
- All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% are FINAL SALE.
- If you’re local- avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ. Please contact us first to make an appointment. Contact Us.
- Trust us to make your suit(s) fit just right. We offer free alterations on all MAHELI HELI bikinis. If you wish to alter your suit(s) please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We LOVE customizing to make our suits fit YOU perfectly.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow our return process below for the unwanted item/items for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item/items.
- Request a pre - paid return label from us by emailing email@example.com with your oder number.
- Please print out the label we send you, place the items you’d like to exchange back in the box or box of your choice and seal with tape - attach pre paid return label. Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.
- Once we receive your package you will be notified via email with your store credit. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
International orders are currently final sale however, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs!
