Returns/Exchanges

Please read our return/exchange policies, updated February 10th 2018, before completing your purchase.

Here at MAHELI HELI we offer free domestic returns and exchanges for all regular priced items, purchased from this site, for store credit. As a small business, we strive to make our customers 100% satisfied with their purchase. With an array of styles, our ultimate goal is to make everyone feel confident and comfortable in their new suits. We know online shopping can be tricky so we’re here to help you get your order correct. Call or text us if you have any styling or sizing questions before completing your purchase. If you don't love your kini or something doesn't fit right, no worries! We have your back- Check out our Alterations + Fittings page.

Our guidelines, and everything you need to know about our policies are listed below.

Eligibility for returns or exchanges:

  • All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
  • Tags and accessories must be in place and untampered with.
  • All clearance/sale items are FINAL SALE.
  • All items purchased using promotional codes over 20% are FINAL SALE.

Other Options:

  1. If you’re local- avoid shipping costs and delays by stopping by our HQ. Please contact us first to make an appointment. Contact Us.
  2. Trust us to make your suit(s) fit just right. We offer free alterations on all MAHELI HELI bikinis. If you wish to alter your suit(s) please send us an email and we will have one of our tailors contact you at your convenience. We LOVE customizing to make our suits fit YOU perfectly.

 For Exchanges:

  1. Please fill out our Exchanges form on the back of your invoice. Don’t have one? Click here.
  2. Place the completed form and items you’d like to exchange back in the box or box of your choice and seal with tape. Please note we are not responsible for losses or damages during transit.
  3. Send us an email with your tracking information to heythere@maheliheli.com so we can monitor your package and prepare your new shipment.
  4. Once we receive the package we will notify you via email with your new tracking information

For Domestic Returns:

  1. Visit our Returns Center.
  2. Enter your email and order number then follow instructions.
  3. If your return is eligible and arrives in due time, we will email you a prepaid shipping label with step by step instructions.
  4. Please Include invoice and clean unwashed, stain free items with tags and original packaging. You can use packaging of your choice.
  5. Now relax and we’ll take it from here. Your store credit will be emailed to you as soon as your return has been accepted and fully processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for this.

International orders are currently final sale however, if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs!
