Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 31, 2026. All times are Eastern Standard Time.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal permanent U.S. residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18+ years of age (19+ in Alabama and Nebraska; 21+ in Mississippi). 

Employees and immediate family members or household members of Maheli Heli are not eligible. 

3. HOW TO ENTER

Entries may be received via the following methods during the Giveaway Period. Limit of 2,500 entries per person.

A. Purchase

• Every $1 spent at https://www.maheliheli.com/  = 1 entry.

• Returned items will result in cancellation of associated entries.

• Alteration orders are not considered for entry. 

B. No-Purchase & Membership Actions

Entries may be earned by completing designated actions as specified on maheliheli.com  (e.g., email signup, social engagement).

D. Social Media Actions 

Participants will earn 1 entry for each of the following social actions completed during the Giveaway Period. All comments must be public and remain live for the duration of the campaign. Stories are not eligible.

• Follow @maheliheli on Instagram.

• Like the Giveaway post.

• Tag a friend in the comments of The Giveaway post

Note: Social entries are subject to verification. Maheli Heli, Inc reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate platform terms of service or these Official Rules. Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook do not sponsor or administer this Giveaway.

4. DRAWING & ODDS

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Miami, FL conducted by the Maheli Heli Team. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.

5. PRIZE

Grand Prize: On the 1st of each month, the winner will get to choose 1 bikini set, or a one piece swimsuit of their choice, not exceeding $225 from maheliheli.com. Starting January 1st, 2027 and ending December 1st, 2027. The first order of the prize will be shipped to the winner in a beautiful Maheli Heli Beach Tote. The winner will receive a total of 12 redemptions, one per month. 

Total Prize Value: $2,652.00 USD

6. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the drawing via contact information provided at entry, this could be via text, email or DM. To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification. If the chosen winner fails to respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected, at Maheli Heli’s discretion. 

7. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during entry will be used to administer the Giveaway and, if consent is given, for marketing purposes. See www.maheliheli.com/privacy

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement, and all claims or disputes arising out of or related to it, shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 

11. RESERVATION OF LAW

Maheli Heli Inc. reserves all rights to suspend, waive, terminate, modify any giveaway rules as a result of fraud.
